uhm, i have seen better animation of the same thing, i personally have also done a "i can break these cuffs" animation a while back on youtube, same username as on newgrounds, if you animation was smoother u would get my 10/10, but for now 5/10

You have mastered some of the many uses of flash, but before you start with your jam packed, action filled climaxes, work on the character and the artwork alot more than the smoothness and the action of the whole movie.

sorry to tell you, but the truth is always the best to improve, your animations skills are low, accept my constructive criticism and maybe learn the basic stick animations before you start trying the complicated animations like you have tried here.
